Pinellas County, Florida-- Pasco Sheriff's detectives believe a wanted, homeless murder suspect has been spotted in Pinellas County.

Since, officials believe he can be seen on store security videos in Pinellas County.

Shelly was reportedly riding a dark-colored mountain bike the night of the murder, and officials say though Shelly's former arrest photo shows facial hair, he is now believed to be clean-shaven.

Shelly could be armed with a knife.

Anyone who may know the whereabouts of Shelly is asked to contact their local law enforcement immediately.
