Free school, sport physicals for children | Health
Pinellas County, Florida -- The Pinellas County Health Department's Northeast High School Clinic is offering free school and sport physicals to any Pinellas student from kindergarten to 12th grade.
Physicals are by appointment only and none are scheduled or performed at any other Pinellas County Health Department center.
The Northeast High School Clinic is located at 5500 16th St. N. in St. Petersburg. Call 727-570-3025 to make an appointment. Physicals are scheduled from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Thursday only.
