Kids' Poster Contest in honor of Be Kind to Animals Week | Arts & Culture

Pinellas County, Florida -- In honor of Be Kind to Animals Week (May 6-12), the Humane Society of Pinellas is sponsoring a poster contest for kids.

The theme is "What does my pet need to be healthy and happy?"

Entries must be original artwork on regular poster board and can be any media such as marker, paint, ink, crayon, etc. Entries may be delivered to the Humane Society of Pinellas, 3040 State Road 590, Clearwater, FL 33759. All poster contest submissions must be received by May 31.

Winners and prizes will be awarded in three separate age groups: PreK – 2nd grade, 3rd – 6th grade, and 7th – 9th grade. The winning entries will be displayed in the Humane Society of Pinellas’ Adoption Center and on the Humane Society's social media sites.
